I'm Rachel, the founder and a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit world. My mission is to create a positive impact in our community by supporting small and emerging nonprofits.

I was inspired to create Friendly Fundraisers when I took a volunteer fundraising position with a small nonprofit I had grown to love called "Playmakers." Within a few short months, I realized how much of an impact the right tools and guidance can have on new and small organizations.
I believe fundraising is about more than raising money. It’s about building relationships and building a community of supporters that empowers nonprofits to achieve their missions.

My goal is to contribute to a stronger, more connected nonprofit community, offering practical, affordable solutions while supporting organizations in finding the resources that best fit their needs.
What sets me apart is my neurodiverse perspective and direct, honest communication style. Having faced challenges advancing in traditional fundraising roles because of my unique approach, I believe that fundraising should reflect the strengths and voices of each individual and organization. I encourage teams to put their personal touch on fundraising efforts, showing that anyone who has a heart for your mission can raise support.
